On May 27th, 2017 Seven Lions There and Back Again Spring Club Tour 2017 arrives in New Orleans. Jeff Montalvo, the mind behind Seven Lions, first broke into the scene in 2012 by winning a Beatport remix contest. He is known for breaking the boundaries of how traditional EPs are structure and prefers a more thematic approach rather than an orthodox mix of random tracks. The There and Back Tour is a chance for Seven Lions to entrance more intricate venues as compared to major music festivals. If you’ve never seen this amazing artist live, then the Metropolitan is giving you that special chance.
June 10th will see Freakfest – Psychedelic PimpDaddy Land featuring Carnage, Ephwurd, and JayKode. DJ Carnage’s approach to music is simple – “Making music is about having an impact.” Impact is certainly what Carnage brings, including huge dubstep drops in his hip hop inspired tracks. The most impressive thing about seeing Carnage live is his energy, and if you see him at the Metropolitan you will certainly feel the vibe.
Ephwurd is a Canadian dj duo who categorize their style as “bass house”. The band originated in 2014 and have quickly become favorites among the dubstep scene, collaborating with some of the top artists in the industry. Their energetic show will have you jumping out of your seat.
JayKode is a dj out of California who became popular creating amazing remixes of popular songs. He last performed at Coachella in 2016 and has described his style as “classical bass”. After seeing these three high energy artists live, you’ll be ready to dance through the French Quarter all night.

The Lost Kings are an American dj duo that got their start in 2014 and are based out of Los Angeles.
